All Summer Long

Another summer outfit post!
These skirts in a roadside thrift store caught my eyes,  and I was pretty much excited seeing all the prints!

And the best part is the material, totally suitable for summers!
I picked this skirt, because of the traditional motifs and also because I remember owning something similar when I was quite young!
You should totally visit such a place! Go on, find new places to pick things from! :)

I paired it with this orange racer back top, with these golden earring and rings, and I was all set for the sunny day!
And also, welcome my new kolhapuris! :D

Would love to know what you think of the look! :)

Yesterday and days before

A very comfy and casual look!
Wearing my pretty floral skirt with a basic black crop top, adding a kiss of color is the blue belt and my sunshine yellow bag!

Completing the look is my summer love : Kolhapuris! :)

Also wearing these pink earrings. I do not even remember when I bought them, maybe like 7-8 years back, and this is the second time I am wearing them!
One of the things I own, that give me instant nostalgia!

Would love to know what you think of the look!

Happy drunk in the afternnon

I cannot tell you how happy I am, to put up an outfit post after such a long time! :D
Feels like it's been ages!

I hate how weekends come and go by so quickly! Have too much work piled up, I am losing my mind, only thing keeping me alive is the outfit post happiness! :P

The look is pretty casual, a very comfortable attire for this scorching weather, while I wonder what is up with Bangalore's weather! :/
I am wearing this plain white crop top with denim shorts. This scarf I recently bought, is my current obsession along with this golden cuff! I know I am obsessed with the word itself and use it like a zillion times, each time referring to a new stuff, but then am I the only one this happens to?
You know, how you get a crush on something new that you introduce to your wardrobe and then you just can't stop wearing it for a while, I mean a long while! :P

Anyway, getting back to the look, completing the look is my studded bag here which never goes wrong and what better than Kolhapuris in footwear in the summers!
Oh, my old Kolhapuris are not exactly in a state of being used anymore, still mourning about that! :|

I discussed it earlier on Facebook today, I happen to be a very loyal customer of Oriflame but then I do buy something that belongs to some other brand, like rarely!
Once in a blue moon, really!
(This is in case my mom reads it!) ^.^

So, I bought this
Colorbar lip color that I am in love with!
Want to wear it like day and night! :D

Okay, I have talked enough, now enjoy the pictures! :)

I know, my photographer won't stop clicking! :/

For 'Funky Dori' : Part III

Here is the 3rd post for 'Funky Dori' as mentioned earlier.
I have always this thing for huge hoop earrings. How pretty they look and love how they add a touch of boldness to your attire.
In the pictures I am wearing these lovely bead earrings by Funky Dori.
It's got these bright colored beads, candy beads! ^_^

I wore the earrings with this black crop top and black cropped pants, to highlight the lovely colors. Tied a scarf around my hair and in footwear I am wearing my fav Kolhapuris. To brighten the look I am carrying my red bag.

Waiting for the sparkling night

Diwali is just around the corner now and my excitement knows no limit!

Diwali is one of the few festivals that I really look forward to, not clear of the reason for the same though, if it is buying pretty candles and lamps, looking at the plates with laddus arranged in a pattern, or wearing a Saree (which I love to) and meeting other Saree clad college mates or the party that goes on like there is no tomorrow, I really do not what makes me so happy about Diwali!

It is surely not what it used to be like at home.

Well, I have been having these Diwali kicks for a while now, and it surely creates a thrill each time I see a road side vendor all ready with the clay pots and the diyas and the lamps, or people buying new clothes, those ethnic-ish blingy ones specially for Diwali!

And while writing this, I am thrilled about going around and hunt for the perfect earrings for this Saree that I plan to wear this time.

Meanwhile, just to calm down this frenzy I am in and to celebrate this excitement, I decided to style this skirt that I bought long back. Haven't used it much. It was perfect for what I had in my head, the silver sequins on it totally welcome the sparkling night!

I am wearing it here with a blue top and kolhapuris. This black locket that I find really striking, along with the blue necklace that I got from a street in Kolkata, completes my Diwali-excitement look. :)

What have you planned for Diwali? Would love to hear from you! :)

Because I like to mix and match.

Hello! :)

Vacation starts tomorrow. Going home, and finally some good food and no work at all! Wish life was this easy! :P

Here is what I wore yesterday for 'Culturals' at college!
Had to keep the look traditional, so I am wearing this ethnic print shrug that I bought long back from Central, with a racer back and my fav maxi skirt teamed up with a belt! :)

Do tell me what you think! :D
